America’s largest labor union will mobilize to support Hillary Clinton for president in the Democratic primary
Nine people were shot dead on Thursday at Umpqua Community College in central Oregon. More than 250 NEA/Oregon Education Association members work at Umpqua. “Our hearts ache for the students, faculty, staff, and families at the college, and we extend our deepest sympathies to everyone there, most especially, the victims’ families.” said OEA President Hanna Vaandering and NEA President Lily Eskelsen García in a joint statement.
