The Sticky Way to Prioritize

I always keep a detailed record of important events in a monthly/weekly planner. The month gives me a quick overview of appointments and reminders. Each weekly view in my planner has a list of things I need to do for that week. I start by jotting down everything that I can think of on a sticky note and then reorder them in terms of importance and deadlines in my planner. I cross off things that I accomplish and everything else gets moved to the next day. I make a new priority list on a sticky every day and start the process over again.
